⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **What a difference the new management has made!** I’ve used several cleaners and alteration shops around Las Vegas, and Phantom Vegas Cleaners & Alterations 2 is now easily at the top of my list. The new management has completely changed the experience. The service is **friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely customer-focused**. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work and want customers to leave happy. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. Whether it’s dry cleaning, pressing, or alterations, they take the time to make sure things are done properly rather than simply rushing items through. The turnaround is also excellent, and the overall service feels much more personal than what I’ve experienced at many of the larger or more established competitors. I’ve seen plenty of cleaners in Las Vegas advertise themselves as the best, but **this location under the new management is the real deal**. Great service, quality workmanship, reasonable value, and people who actually care about earning your business. If you’ve had an average experience here in the past, **I would absolutely give them another chance**. The new management deserves the opportunity to show you what they can do. **Highly recommended!** This is the kind of local business I’m happy to support, and I’ll definitely be coming back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm visiting town for the summer and have used Phantom Cleaners as my designated dry cleaning company. They are very friendly, the manager, Cristina, in particular, is great to work with. They're also one of the more affordably priced options in town. I would definitely use them again when I'm back in town. Glad I found this place!

I work at a gaming company and have my work shirts cleaned and ironed each week. These guys have been very good with my stuff, no problems and always consistent especially with removing stains. Highly recommend.
